Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the technology or financial services industries.
- Proven track record of sourcing, recruiting, and closing high-caliber technical talent.
- Strong understanding of technology and the financial markets, with the ability to discuss and understand job requirements for technical roles.
- Experience with recruitment processes and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to network and build relationships with candidates.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and team goals.
- Implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract diverse, top-tier candidates.
- Provide a great candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Coordinate and improve the interview process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis.
